About the Role
Eazzy Lending is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Mortgage Lender Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and manage partnerships with mortgage brokers, real estate professionals, and lending institutions to drive residential loan production. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in wholesale or correspondent lending and thrives in a fast-paced environment where performance and client satisfaction go hand in hand.
Develop and expand partnerships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and lending affiliates to grow loan volume.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of service, trust, and long-term engagement.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for current and prospective partners.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of quality loan submissions to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and strategic collaboration to maximize partner value.
Stay current on market trends, rate changes, investor guidelines, and compliance updates.
Provide expert guidance to partners on loan programs, borrower qualifications, and structuring strategies.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure timely and accurate loan progression.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, pipeline tracking, and activity reports for management.
1–3 years of experience in mortgage lending, preferably within wholesale or correspondent channels.
Proven record of sales success and territory growth.
Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and investor programs.
Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
