Essential Job Responsibilities:
Originate high-quality conventional and home equity loans, ensuring compliance with company and investor standards.
Guide clients through the entire loan process—from initial consultation and data collection to final approval—while maintaining outstanding customer relationships.
Analyze complex financial profiles, including income, assets, liabilities, and credit, to determine borrower eligibility and recommend suitable loan options.
Prepare and submit complete, accurate loan files and documentation to processing and underwriting teams.
Clearly communicate the benefits and risks of various mortgage products, helping clients make informed, confident decisions.
Set proper client expectations and provide consistent updates throughout the loan process to ensure a seamless and positive borrower experience.
Develop and maintain referral networks by actively engaging with real estate agents, builders, developers, and financial professionals to promote Eazzy Lending’s products and services.
Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage lending, with a strong preference for backgrounds in wholesale or correspondent channels.
Demonstrated track record of sales success and consistent territory growth.
In-depth knowledge of residential mortgage programs, underwriting standards, and investor guidelines.
Proficient in Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable results.
Active NMLS license in good standing (required).
Maintains high integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
